Helen Pegg

Governor

I am a retired Head Teacher and Education Challenge Partner. I began my teaching career in North East London and then in Norfolk for 32 years. I taught various of age groups ranging from 3 years to 16 years over 40 + years. I believe the Nursery and Primary years are crucial to giving children a solid start which will sustain them throughout their life and education journey. I think that all schools should have constructive and developmental challenge in a supportive framework.

As a grandmother, it is important to me that I can play an active role in the lives of my grandchildren and support my children in their parenting roles.  I volunteer for the RVS and in the local area where I live. I enjoy a wide range of interests including travel, reading, writing, going to the theatre, listening to a variety of music, walking, swimming, and watching a variety of sports.

Our Schools

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
